AI Engineer

We’re looking for an **AI Engineer** who has experience building real-world AI solutions and wants to take ownership of complex projects. You'll work on developing AI-powered search, data retrieval, and automation tools, helping turn large volumes of data into useful insights and intelligent workflows. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to influence architecture, experiment with new technologies, and help shape the future of the product.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications
• Strong understanding of **LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI-powered search**
• Experience designing and implementing AI workflows, agents, or automation systems
• Solid software development skills and ability to build production-ready solutions
• Experience working with databases, preferably **PostgreSQL**
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, model optimization, and AI best practices
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity for exploring new AI technologies
• Experience with **Ruby on Rails** is a plus.
